The Space.

Opening May 2018

Forty45 Coworking, named after its address at 4045 Pecos Street in Sunnyside, is designed for the modern day company. We understand that flexibility is important, so we offer short term leases and the ability to expand your office or scale down based on your company's needs.

You will find sole proprietors, independent contractors, small business owners and growing startups here. It's a place for residents of the surrounding neighborhood to escape from their home office, or for small businesses that are looking for a central place to collaborate without the hassle of downtown.

With mainly private offices, Forty45 Coworking offers a quiet, professional work environment. It has the benefit of your own space with the collaboration, networking, and social aspect that comes with shared common areas. Members can enjoy lunch meetings on the sun filled patio or bring clients in for larger meetings in our shared conference rooms. All offices are fully furnished and have brand new modern finishes in this newly redeveloped mixed-use building.
